W beam barrier Roll Forming Machine

Highway W beam crash barrier roll forming machines have been designed for producing w beam guardrails with 2 wave and 3 waves or thrie beams placed on both sides of highway or expressway.The final product can be cut as per set length controller,and the length is automatically measured by encoder.When final product reached set length,machine will stop to cut the sheet automatically.Finish thhis action,the machine will run again continuously

And extram beam is required to fix guardrail.punching holes are required on that.Common thickness 3-4mm.The driving of guarail forming machine is different.
