Precision high-speed punch circuit and mechanical principle
The circuit component of the precision high speed punch contains the Self locking model head button. Under this button, all control circuits are not electrostatic, and the main motor is overloaded with heat relay. The mechanical principle is to convert the circular motion into a straight line motion and contribute to the main electric motor.
Precision high speed punching circuit element
The purpose of each control electrical component:
1. SB1 — Self locking model head button. Under this button, all control circuits are not electrostatic.
2. SB2 -main motor stop button,
3. SB3-Main Motor Start button can be stamped only after the main motor starts.
4. SA – choose from foot switch stamping or two person press the button to stamp.
5. SQ-foot switch, use it when operating.
6. SB4/SB5-two hands press buttons, use it when the two persons are operated.
