1. Polyester (PE) has good adhesion, rich colors, wide range of moldability and outdoor durability, medium chemical resistance and low cost.
2. Silicon modified polyester (SMP) has good hardness, wear resistance and heat resistance, good external durability and pulverization resistance, gloss retention, general flexibility and medium cost.
3. High durability polyester (HDP), excellent color retention and ultraviolet resistance, excellent outdoor durability and pulverization resistance, good adhesion of paint film, rich colors and excellent cost performance.
4. Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) has excellent color retention and ultraviolet resistance, excellent outdoor durability and pulverization resistance, excellent solvent resistance, good formability, dirt resistance, limited color and high cost.
Application
PPGI steel coil is mainly used in advertising, construction, household appliances, electrical appliances, furniture and transportation. Suitable resins are selected for the coatings used in color coated rolls according to different use environments, such as polyester-silicon modified polyester, polyvinyl chloride plastisol, polyvinylidene chloride, etc. The user can choose according to the purpose.
