Application
DYCZ-20A electrophoresis cell is used for DNA sequencing and DNA fingerprinting analysis, differential display, AFLP or SSCP research in biochemical analysis and research.
Description
DYCZ-20A is a tall vertical electrophoresis, and the height is around 66cm, which can cast gel size 580×170mm. It can cast big gel, and the buffer volume is only about 850ml.
DYCZ-20A electrophoresis cell consists the main tank plate, “U”-shape fixing device, “T”-shape spacer block and lower tank. The accessories are: glass plates, combs, silica rubber strip, spacer, latex hose and leads etc. The “U”-shape fixing device for gel room facilitate rapid assembly, the “U”-shape fixing device clamps the sides over the gel room, and each “U”-shape fixing device exerts an even pressure over the entire length of the gel room, resulting in a tight seal when you tighten the screws. This prevents damage to the gel room (glass plate) or leakage that can result from uneven pressure.
