Introduction:

2.5/3/4/5 inch nylon casters single wheel maximum load capacity 190KG.The inner core of the single wheel is made of nylon, which is injection molded in one go. Nylon has excellent properties such as tensile resistance, strong pressure resistance, friction resistance and good toughness. It should be noted that the nylon is water-absorbent, not suitable for work in the road environment with water. The grease of the caster disc and bearing is molybdenum disulfide lithium grease, which can still play the role of lubrication in the harsh high temperature environment.

We adopt plastic spraying treatment for the surface of casters, and the appearance level of plastic spraying treatment on the surface of casters is up to grade 8, while the appearance level of electrophoresis treatment on the surface of traditional casters is up to grade 2, and the appearance level of galvanization treatment on the surface of traditional casters is only grade 1. So the casters after spraying treatment will be more anti-corrosive and acid and alkali resistant.
